When you book a strategy call, the scheduling service collects your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use your IP address and email address to limit repeated submissions and protect the contact form from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare for and hold the strategy call, scope and provide the services you ask for, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. The scheduling window opened by the booking button is provided by Cal.com, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and our business, including website hosting, a secure database for contact submissions, scheduling through Cal.com and email. They receive only the information needed for their part of the work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us at the email address below. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Security

Contact submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
